Welcome to the home of the Midhope Flock of pedigree Suffolks, formed in 1981 and Signet recorded for 25 years; with a sixty strong herd of mainly Shorthorn x suckler cows put to Limousin & Belgian Blue bulls to produce stores selling at 10 – 12 months old.

The flock is run together with a small herd of pure British Blue cattle and also Aberdeen Angus stores are purchased to run on the rougher grazing land during the summer.

Some of the rougher grazing adjoining Midhope Reservoir is included in the Dark Peak Wader Project.
